5 Minute Mobility

My ultimate goal is to get more people moving, even if it is just for a few minutes a day. Give this five-minute mobility flow a try when you feel a little tight, don’t have much time, or want to take a movement break!

I have been using this as a warm-up for my early morning private clients who tend to roll right out of bed and onto their Pilates mat. They tend to be a little extra tight and need mobility before getting into the traditional Pilates work. This flow wakes them up, creates space, and helps them get more out of their Pilates session.

Give it a try, and let me know what you think!

5 Min Full Body

I was lacking motivation and messing around on the mat one day and thought, how quickly can I do a total body Pilates workout?

When I think of a complete Pilates workout the class needs, flexion, extension, side bending, rotation and some stretching. This class does all of that in only 5 minutes. The pace is fast, so I wouldn’t necessarily suggest this to anyone who is new to Pilates. However, if you have a Pilates practice, need to get some movement in, and don’t have a lot of time, this fits the bill! Have fun and let me know what you think!
