You can expect another full-body Pilates workout with new exercises and variations to keep you challenged. Don’t be afraid to check out the modifications. Remember Pilates meets you where you are, and the modifications are just as effective.

We will work hard, but don’t worry; I have plenty of modifications and variations available to keep this class accessible to everyone.
