Beginner Pilates Series: Class 3
This last class continues to strengthen your Pilates foundation. I have added a few new exercises to this class and advanced a few that you are already familiar with. If you have any questions, comments, or concerns or need a different modification, please let me know or refer to Class 1 or 2.
Pilates Beginner Series: Class 2

Beginner Pilates Series: Class 1
I firmly believe that Pilates is for everyone; however, I know that starting any new exercise modality can be overwhelming. This is the first class in my 3-part Pilates Beginner Series. This is an excellent class for those brand new to Pilates or anyone who is reacquainting themself with the method. This 40-minute class will walk you through many of the method’s foundational exercises and help you create a solid base to continue to build your Pilates practice.
