I firmly believe that Pilates is for everyone; however, I know that starting any new exercise modality can be overwhelming. This is the first class in my 3-part Pilates Beginner Series. This is an excellent class for those brand new to Pilates or anyone who is reacquainting themself with the method. This 40-minute class will walk you through many of the method’s foundational exercises and help you create a solid base to continue to build your Pilates practice.
