Welcome to 2023 Do More with Pilates Challenge.
This four-week program will help you build a strong Pilates foundation empowering you to accomplish what you want in 2023.
The Challenge is designed with three classes each week (full-body focused, upper-body focused, and lower-body focused). The classes build on each other so try to stick to chronological order.
There are modifications and variations for exercises, and you can view all the tutorials below to gain greater clarity of an exercise or fine-tune your work.
