Welcome to Week 4 of the 2023 Do More with Pilates Challenge

We have made it to our 4th and final week of the Challenge!

Wow! We are in our final week together of this Challenge. Congrats on staying committed to the work and prioritizing yourself. I know it is not easy, and the journey is rarely perfect, but I hope you took my suggestion to pick out a reward for all your hard work at the start of this Challenge.

This final week of classes is challenging, and will put all the hard work you have put in during the previous three weeks together. Continue to listen to your body and utilize the modifications and variations as needed.
