This quickie is by request (so I don’t think you should blame me for this…hahaha) and is heavy on the abdominals.  As you have come to expect, with all the quickies, you will still get a full-body workout in around 20 minutes; however, this class pays particular attention to your abdominals, so get ready to feel the burn (in the best way possible).  Have fun with it, and let me know what you think!
