I love working the upper body, and this class delivers. This class is done entirely standing with small hand weights (substitute any evenly weighted prop or omit the weights completely). Also, don’t be afraid of going a little heavier with your hand weights. As long as you can maintain good form and work from a tension-free position, go for it and build some muscle! This class is super quick and effective and a great choice when you only have a little time or if you are looking to add some resistance training to a cardio workout.
