Welcome to Week 3 of the 2023 Do More with Pilates Challenge

You are halfway through the Challenge. How are you feeling? Remember that motivation is fleeting. You can’t rely on it to keep you on track. Consistency is how you stay on track. You can always decide when you show up. I know it is hard to juggle family, work, and exercise. Keep planning your week and scheduling your workouts to help you stay consistent.

This week’s classes will be taking it up a notch. Make sure you listen to your body and know when to push and when to modify. Know that there may be exercises that you struggle with. That is ok and expected. I have been doing Pilates for over 15 years. I still have exercises that humble me regularly. It’s a practice, and that goal is not perfection, just growth, and progress.
