This fun sliders workout focuses on the upper body, particularly the abdominals and arms. Depending on the floor you are working on, sliders can be anything you have around the house (think paper plates and washcloths). Let me know what you think, and have fun with this one!

Feel free to purchase an actual set of sliders, but I want to stress that you can absolutely use items you already have around the house (I did).
