I have been surprised by how many of you have a TheraBand at home, so I thought this would be a fun and accessible prop to add to a class.
I wouldn’t want you to miss out on this class because you don’t have a band. If you don’t have a TheraBand, you are welcome to use light (1-2 pounds) hand weights or just mime the movements without anything. Either one would be a great option. I am using a blue TheraBand, which is medium/heavyweight. The colors vary between manufacturers, so find a supportive weight but still flexible.
