Class 171: Lower Body Burn 2

This is a lower body class (as the name suggests) that will get the shake building in your legs. We start standing with a plié series before taking it down to the mat. Your abdominals will still get some solid work, of course, but be prepared for some strong hip, glute and leg action. Have fun and let me know what you think!
