In this class, we will do a lot of unilateral work. You will use one side of the body and then the other to challenge your stability and help balance strength from side to side.

Class 40: Quickie 1
This is my first “Pilates Quickie” class. Whole-body in only 15 minutes. There is no reason to let lack of time be an excuse for not moving your body! Let me know what you think, and I will try to film more of these quick and efficient full-body classes.
Class 39: Pilates HIIT Mat
This intermediate class incorporates 4 quick HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) sections to increase your heart rate and build cardiovascular endurance. Enjoy the sweat and the burn!
Class 38: Hip Opening Mat
This class starts with a standing warm-up and some standing leg work. It also includes the footwork from the reformer on the Mat that really challenges the center and some challenging hip opening work. Enjoy!
Class 37: Mat Variations
This class plays with variations on some of the exercises you are accustomed to seeing within your Pilates practice. I had a lot of fun with this class and was humbled a few times (Thanks for that Open Leg Rocker)! Enjoy the change and the challenge!
