Tutorial: Mobility with Props

As requested, here is a series of mobility exercises that utilize many of your favorite Pilates props. I am using a small firm ball (like a tennis ball), a small squishy ball, TheraBand/Yoga Strap, and the foam roller. This is what I use for my own body when I work mobility. Let me know if they work for you, too.
