What you can expect:
I designed my Pilates Sculpt program to help busy women like you gain the fantastic resistance training benefits you get from Pilates studio equipment from the comfort of your home and for a fraction of the price. Instead of expensive Pilates equipment, each class utilizes a small prop you probably already have at home (or could quickly and cheaply obtain).
Time is one of our most valuable commodities, second only to our health. Working out from home maximizes your time while prioritizing your health. Each class within the program is only 30 minutes long and designed to work your entire body, with modifications and variations provided to suit anyone’s needs.
These classes are designed to grow with you and will continue to challenge you as you build strength, stamina, and flexibility. The sculpt nature of these classes is challenging but manageable for the beginner or advanced student. You will definitely feel this work in the best way possible.
I designed this program so classes can be taken however you like. Each class stands alone within the program. I chose a very manageable 6-class structure because overwhelm paralysis, particularly for women, is real. No more scrolling through hundreds of classes trying to decide, only to determine that you can’t pick, and instead, you choose to forgo that workout entirely.
Lastly, you are not a faceless number when you purchase this program. I am with you the whole way, providing motivation, advice, and support, whether it is the first day you bought the program or day 600. You are not doing this alone unless you want to.
