Do More with Pilates Program
4-week program to help you build strength and increase your energy so you are prepared for whatever life throws your way!
Each week, you have three classes: one full-body focused class, one upper-body focused class, and one lower-body focused class. Each class is 30 minutes or less and designed to help you get the most out of your workout and life. I will be available via email to help you every step of the way. You will not be doing this program alone (unless you want to).
Is this right for me?
After teaching Pilates for a decade, I have never met someone who couldn’t benefit from this method.
However, this specific program is for you if…
- You are looking to gain strength and increase your energy
- You are short on time and need efficient workouts that can fit into your lifestyle
- Like workouts that leave you feeling strong and empowered instead of depleted and defeated
- You are interested in practical, low-impact exercises you can do anywhere without expensive equipment
- You are ready to establish a Pilates practice that will change your life for the better
Brand New or Seasoned Pro
Pilates meets you where you are. So even if you have never stepped foot on a mat, or if you have been doing Pilates for years, you will get a safe and effective full-body workout that will challenge YOU. By providing modifications and variations, everyone gets the workout they need!
Short on Time
As a working mom, I know how difficult it is to find time for yourself. However, I know (and you know) that even a few minutes of movement can significantly impact our day and life for the better. This challenge is designed to fit into your lifestyle. The classes will challenge you and help you get stronger and feel better; the best part is they are all 30 minutes or less!
What if I already (run, Crossfit, cycle, etc.)
Think “Pilates and…” not “Pilates Only.” I don’t want you to think you are cheating on CrossFit or your Peloton just because you want to try Pilates. Pilates can fit into your lifestyle and is perfect for improving other activities that you already enjoy. Not only does it challenge your body in a different way (which is never a bad thing), but the emphasis that Pilates places on mobility and stability will make you better at the activities you are already rocking.
