This gentle class is excellent for new moms who have been cleared by their doctor to resume exercise postpartum. I discuss some of the things to keep in mind during the early stages of your post-natal journey and relearning how to engage your abdominals. These movements are safe and effective, and I encourage you to not overthink them and just get moving.
