A strong back body and posterior chain are crucial for building a balanced body and supporting your spine. Strengthen your back today to avoid pain tomorrow, or build up your strength to reduce back pain you might currently be working with.
I am using a set of 2-pound hand weights. You could totally omit the weights, or depending on your strength, you could use a heavier or lighter weight. I suggest in the video 2-4 pounds for women and 2-8 pounds for men.
