This challenging class focuses on building your inversions (rollover, jackknife, corkscrew, and boomerang). You will work on the exercises that help your body build up the flexibility and strength necessary to execute these intermediate and advanced exercises with ease. Please reach out for specific modifications for your own body. Enjoy, and let me know what you think!

NOTE: If you have osteoporosis or trouble with your cervical spine, please let me know, and I will provide appropriate modifications to do in place of the inversions. Inversions are not suitable for anyone who doesn’t tolerate pressure on your upper back or neck.
