This class plays with a fun and versatile prop, Yoga blocks.

If you don’t have yoga blocks, you can still do this class. You can substitute with two-level stacks of books or a small ball when the block is between your knees. You can use a chair for the upper bodywork or omit the blocks entirely, and I promise you will still have a great class.
