I love using the TheraBand as a prop. It is such a versatile and cost-effective Pilates prop.
This class has some great upper body and leg/hip work courtesy of the extra resistance from the TheraBand. Make sure you check out the modification for the back extension series if your shoulders don’t tolerate that range of motion. If the band ever becomes too cumbersome, just put it aside and keep going without the band.
You can use whatever weight you prefer; however, make sure the weight you pick allows you to execute with an excellent range of motion.
