This class is designed to help you continue to build on the work we did in my Mat 1.0 class. If you haven’t done that class, let you can find it here. This class tackles some intermediate exercises, but it is absolutely accessible to beginners. Remember, a strong foundation makes a huge difference in our success as we move through the Pilates repertoire, so don’t be afraid to tackle 1.0 and this class a few times.
