This is a mat class inspired by a classical Pilates reformer class. There are a lot of exercises in this class that may be new to you if you are not familiar with the classical reformer repertoire. Step outside your comfort zone and give it a try. Please let me know what you think! This is an intermediate to advanced class and is challenging. If you need modifications, please let me know.
