This class is all about working your upper body. We are starting with one of my favorite weightless arms series (you could always add weight it you really want to burn out your upper body). Next we move down onto the mat to continue to challenge our shoulders, chest, back and abdominals. This class is tough but the programing moves quickly and you will be done before you know it, ready to tackle the rest of your day!
