Every March, the Pilates community celebrates our founder, Joseph Pilates, and his original mat work and order by highlighting daily exercises. We call this March MATness.
This is a beginner-level mat class that is inspired by March MATness. I break down some more advanced exercises for the beginner mover to help you build a strong Pilates foundation.
