Today’s class uses the small squishy ball. It’s been a while since we pulled out this super versatile prop. I hope you enjoy the abdominal burner at the start and the added support/challenge you get from the ball during side-lying work. If you don’t have a small ball, you can omit the ball entirely or substitute a rolled-up towel or throw pillow where appropriate. Enjoy!
