Maybe you have taken a break from movement and are ready to come back; if so, this class is for you. Perhaps you have been really consistent with your movement and are prepared to keep the momentum going; if so, this class is also for you. Just move, enjoy and be thankful for what your body can do. Even if you are not in the mood to work out, roll out your mat and commit to doing the first 5 minutes of the class. I promise that once you start to move, you will be glad you did, making the next time that much easier.
