I can’t believe this is my 100th class!

I have loved the process of planning, filming, and sharing over 100 classes with you. I am humbled by your trust and respect and hope to still have you on this journey when we reach our 200th class!

For my 100th class, I decided to program one that I would love to take and teach. This high-energy mat class will challenge your stamina, endurance, and strength. I have incorporated some of my favorite Pilates exercises, and I hope you like them.
