As I write this post, we are squarely in the middle of the back-to-school season. It may be one of the busiest times of year for women. This time of year, life is a juggling act as you balance new schedules, sports, and work.  Finding time for yourself to exercise can feel like a monumental task, but fear not because I’ve got your back! Say hello to 30-minute Pilates sessions that you can sneak into your schedule no matter where you are.

Why 30-Minute Pilates?

You might wonder, “Can I get a solid workout in just half an hour?” Absolutely! Pilates is about targeted movements that engage your core, improve flexibility, and strengthen your muscles. Use those 2-3 minutes to knock out some Pilates moves during your favorite show’s commercial breaks. Try leg circles, the abdominal series, or even a few quick planks or pushups. Before you know it, you’ve snuck in a full-body workout without missing a moment of your show.
