This Pilates and Strength class challenges the body with multiple standing weights series. For each weighted exercise, we start with two moves before combining the two for a full-body move. The mat work in the middle balances everything out and helps us better connect with the body, so you should feel solid when you complete the weighted section again at the end of the workout. This one made me sweat and increased my heart rate while filming, so enjoy!
