Welcome to Class 2! Today’s theme is Elevate. Not only will we elevate your push-up, but we will also elevate your actual body to make your push-up more accessible while continuing to build strength and perfect your form. 

Expect another full-body class that will continue to strengthen your body and improve your endurance so you can confidently tackle your push-ups. You will need a box, ottoman, coffee table, or some sturdy surface to use for the find part of this class. You can always jump up and use a wall if that is all that is available to you!
