Welcome to Week 2!
This week we are going to increase in intensity. Class 4 is another full-body-focused class.
Make sure you are taking note of the modifications. Remember, Pilates meets you where you are currently. The modifications will challenge you where you are right now and help you build a strong Pilates foundation.

This really kicked me butt. It wasn’t pretty. But a good workout
