All sessions are 50 minutes long, and clients are expected to be prepared and ready for class at the scheduled start time. If your session starts late, your session will still end at its scheduled time.
Please ensure you have plenty of space and that any props required for your session are ready.
For virtual sessions, you will receive your Zoom session information via email before the start of your class.
In-person sessions may be switched to virtual sessions in the event of travel or at the client’s request.
All classes must be paid for in advance.
All classes require a 24-hour cancellation notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your scheduled session, you will be charged for the class in full.
All packages and individual sessions are non-refundable.
For Duet Sessions: If one client cancels with less than 24 hours notice, the remaining client may continue as a private at no additional charge. If one client cancels within the free cancellation window, the remaining client can either pay for a private session or cancel the session without penalty
