Welcome to Day 2 of the Pilates Jump Start! Congrats on completing Day 1 and coming back for more! Today’s class will build on the work we did on Day 1. You can expect another full-body Pilates workout with new exercises and variations to keep you challenged. Don’t be afraid to check out the modifications (or ask me for an appropriate modification for your own body). Remember, Pilates meets you where you are, and the modifications are just as effective.
