The small ball is such a fun prop that adds such a great challenge. This class has some wonderful glute and hamstring work and you will definitely feel your abdominals. If you don’t have a small ball you can substitute it with a small pillow or rolled-up towel. You can also omit it completely and still have a great class. You want a squishy ball that is ideally 8-10 inches in diameter.
