Running is my second love (next to Pilates), so I can’t believe it has taken me this long to program a class for runners. Even if you are not a runner, you will enjoy this class. We focus on the back body and core strength and do some great stretching. All the things that we all need more of but particularly my runner friends! Let me know what you think!
