I got a request for an advanced class. This class has a deliberate pace, so it packs a punch in 35 minutes. It does have some advanced work, but there is room for modification, so if you have been doing Pilates for a while and don’t have any limitations, give it a try. If you need a modification for anything, just ask, and please let me know what you think!
