Class 245: Express Arm Blast

Ready for a super quick arm blast? I suggest doing this class once through, and if you think you still have something left, rewind and complete it a second time. Don’t get me wrong, this is a great class on its own, but two times is absolute fire! I am using 1.5 kg or 3-pound hand weights. I suggest between 1 and 5 pounds. Enjoy!
