As with all Pilates and Strength classes, we start and end with a weight circuit. The strength circuit is designed to challenge you, so pick a weight that does just that (I am using 15 pounds). The middle part of the class is dedicated to our Pilates mat work, which helps us center and strengthen our entire body. Enjoy!
