This is my second postnatal Pilates class. This class will help you continue to build your strength and endurance post-baby. I encourage you to become well aquatinted with my first postnatal class before trying this class. I use the exercise ball for one section of this class, but I teach it without the ball as well. Feel free to use the ball section as a progression once you have mastered the first version. My goal is to help you continue to work towards a more traditional Pilates mat session post-baby, and I hope this class help! Let me know if you have any questions or concerns, and listen to your body.
