I am so excited for you guys to do this class! First, if you don’t have a magic circle, you can do this class with a small ball and a circle band. I have linked a couple below if you want a magic circle for your home studio. 

I love the standing arm and balance work, and I think you will too. The side lying work is also a fun challenge, and of course, my favorite way to do push-ups is with the magic circle, so we are finishing up there.
