Hi friends! This class is a quick one that packs a punch. You will need one “heavy” weight for this class. Heavy is such a relative term. I would say pick a weight that feels challenging to hold with just one arm but is manageable with two. You could also put two lighter weights together or grab something you have lying around the house. Lots of full body work in this class. Enjoy and have fun!
