This has become my go-to feel-good Pilates mat flow. It’s a flow I played with after some recent travel when I didn’t have a lot of time. These trips required a lot of walking and carrying a purse or bag for long periods. This proved to be precisely what I needed to counterbalance, stretch and keep my body feeling good even away from home. This is a great class to wake up and do right next to the bed in your PJs.
