This class focuses on unilateral work to find balance from one side of the body to another. When our body is balanced, left to right, front to back, it works more efficiently and helps to prevent pain and injury. I am exceptionally right dominant, so unilateral work is especially challenging when I must primarily use my left side. This class should help you to discover your imbalances.
