Today’s class is all about loving your body and being grateful for all it does for you. We start with seated stretching and release work before jumping right into our abdominals. This class is whole body and has some advanced exercise, but the modifications are available, so any intermediate student can do it. I hope you enjoy the shoulder and chest stretch at the end. They feel amazing! Enjoy!
