If you love Pilates, this is a quickie you will keep coming back to time and time again. My classic quickie takes you through a ton of the classical work in a flash. While not a classically trained instructor, I love the classical work and the classical order. It is like a warm blanket I can always count on to improve my mental and physical well-being. Much of the traditional classical work is challenging, but I have added modifications and variations to make this class accessible and enjoyable for everyone. Enjoy!
