Three things I will never do as your Pilates Instructor

Number one, set you up for failure: my goal is to help you succeed, regardless of your experience or fitness level. My membership classes are leveled by experience, and modifications and variations are always available to leave you feeling challenged and successful. Most importantly, I’m only an email or text away for individualized support. 

Number two, Tell you to stop doing something that you already love and that’s working for you. Suppose you love running, spinning, and CrossFit. No worries, think Pilates and….not Pilates only. Pilates complements all your other fitness and lifestyle activities, and I’m willing to bet it will make them even better! 

Number three, give you nutrition advice or diet plans. I love food and sharing recipes, and while I think it is fantastic that you want to work on nutrition and fitness, this is outside my scope of practice, so that I would refer you to an appropriate expert.
