This is my 3rd Pilates HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class. This class has 4 HIIT series to bring up the heart rate and some of your favorite Pilates exercises to give you a total body workout in just 35 minutes. Make sure you utilize the modifications for the HIIT series when necessary. Enjoy!
