Class 1
40 Mins (None) Beginner
I firmly believe that Pilates is for everyone; however, I know that starting any new exercise modality can be overwhelming. This is the first class in my 3-part Pilates Beginner Series. This is a great class for those brand new to Pilates or for anyone who is reacquainting themself with the method. This 40-minute class will walk you through many of the foundational exercises of the method and help you to create a strong base to continue to build your Pilates practice.
Class 2
30 Mins (None) Beginner
This second class continues to build on the work that we did in Class 1 and will continue to help you create that strong Pilates foundation. If you have any questions, comments or concerns or need a different modification please let me know or refer back to Class 1.
Class 3
40 Mins (None) Beginner
This last class continues to strengthen your Pilates foundation. I have added a few new exercises to this class as well as advanced a few that you are already familiar with. If you have any questions, comments or concerns or need a different modification please let me know or refer back to Class 1 or 2.
