Class 124: Inner Thigh Sliders

This inner-thigh focused class comes to you by request. We start with a standing series using the sliders (you can substitute with paper plates, washcloths, or socks). Down on the mat, we will work on the upper and lower body focusing on our midline and inner thigh engagement. The class finishes by repeating the same sequence with the sliders that we started with to take the heart rate up and finish off the legs! Enjoy
